- It is not cheap. Fair. Fresh British meat cooked in small batches costs more than cereal and derivatives. We can explain the price but we cannot make it lower.
- Only five recipes. If your dog gets bored easily, five is not many. It is the trade for making each one properly and we understand it does not suit everyone.
- The box needs someone in. Twelve tins of wet food weighs five kilos. It will not go through a letterbox and we will not pretend otherwise.
