We put everything into one recipe instead of forty.
A tin of Snaffle is 62% named meat, the organ meat that comes with it, one wholegrain, two vegetables and the vitamins and minerals a complete food legally needs. That is the list. There is no meat derivative line, no cereal filler, no sugar and no colour, because there is nothing to hide behind when you only make one thing.
Cooked once, in the tin, in a mill building in Ludlow. The meat comes from farms inside a forty mile drive of the kitchen.
