How we work

Five stages, honest fees and no surprises in the final week. This is the shape of every wedding we plan.

i

The first conversation

An hour, no charge, no deck. You talk, we ask questions, and we both decide whether we fit. If we are not right for you, we will say so and suggest who is.

ii

The design

Margot builds the world of the day: palette, materials, light, paper, sound. One revision is expected. A second usually means we have found something truer.

iii

The assembly

Elowen casts the suppliers, shapes the budget and books every moving part. You meet everyone who matters and nobody you do not need to.

iv

The final month

The production schedule goes out, the weather plans mature, and your only remaining job is to arrive. Our phones absorb everything else.

v

The day itself

Three of us minimum, in the room from first delivery to last taxi. If something goes wrong, you will hear about it the next morning, as a story.

Asked often

Eighteen months is comfortable for full planning; we have done it in seven. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. The diary decides, not the rulebook.

Nine countries so far, from Cornwall to Kerala. Abroad, we pair with local crews we have worked with before, and we scout every venue in person before you commit.

Our full-planning weddings have ranged from £55,000 to considerably more. Below that, our styling and final-month services are usually the honest recommendation, and we will say so in the first call.

Never fewer than three of us, always including Elowen or Margot. For multi-day weddings the whole studio travels.

There is always a second plan, usually a third, and they are designed with the same care as the first. Ask Cass about Glen Arden. She will tell you it did not rain. It did.

Tell us where you are, even if the answer is nowhere yet. The first conversation costs nothing.
