What a week can hold
None of this is a menu with prices. Tell us what a good day looks like, and the crew will build the week around it.
The table
Every Ondine yacht carries a chef who shops the morning markets wherever you wake: red prawns in Santa Margherita, cheese from a Naxos hill farm, tomatoes that never saw a refrigerator. Menus are written daily around your table's appetites, from barefoot lunches to a proper dinner under the awning.
Dietary requirements are handled without ceremony, and children's tastes are treated as briefs, not problems.
Below the surface
The Mediterranean hides more than it advertises: Roman anchors off Ischia, walls of red gorgonian in the Balearics, meadows of seagrass full of life. We arrange licensed dive guides and equipment for every level, from first-breath try dives in three metres to wreck dives for the certified.
Prefer to stay shallow? Every yacht carries snorkelling kit sized for the whole party, and the crew know where the water is calmest.
Mornings
The anchorage at seven is a different country: glass water, pink light, nobody awake but the gulls. A yoga teacher can join for the week, or the crew will simply have coffee ready on the foredeck and leave you alone with it. Both are wellness.
With children
A boat is the best toy ever built, and our crews know it. Days are planned around shallow anchorages, paddleboards, fishing lines off the stern and beach landings by tender. Meals move to child time without fuss, and there is always one crew member whose unofficial job is chief of fun.
Lira, our catamaran, is the natural family boat: flat, stable and effectively a floating playground with cabins.
