Coffee for cafés

We supply twenty cafés across South Yorkshire and we cap it there — every account gets looked after properly or not at all. When a spot opens up, it goes to whoever’s been in touch.

What an account gets you

01

Training that sticks

Two full barista days at the arch when you join, then a refresher every quarter — dialling in, milk, workflow, machine care. New starter mid-season? Send them over on a Tuesday and we’ll sort them out. No charge, no limit that matters.

02

Probat-fresh delivery

Roasted Tuesday, on your counter Wednesday. We run our own van across South Yorkshire every week — Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster — so your coffee is never sat in a courier depot over a weekend.

03

Machines kept running

Espresso machines and grinders serviced through our partner, Steel City Espresso Services — priority call-outs for our accounts, usually same-day in Sheffield. Breakdowns lose you more money than beans ever will.

Pricing, straight

One price list, no tiers, no secret handshakes. The Arch Blend is £19.80/kg whether you take five kilos a week or twenty-five, because the coffee costs us the same to buy and roast either way. Single origins run £22–£28/kg depending on what the green cost — and we’ll show you what the green cost. Payment is 14 days, no minimum order, leave whenever. If someone quotes you cheaper, they’re paying someone less down the line; it’s worth asking them who.

From the cafés

We switched to Copperline in 2018 and the only thing that’s changed since is our volume. Delivery’s never missed a week — including the snow in January ’25, when Dan turned up in a borrowed 4x4.

The training is the difference. Every new barista we’ve sent to the arch has come back faster and calmer on the machine. Our flat white sales are up a third since we joined.

I asked to see the green prices, half expecting to be fobbed off. Amara pulled out the contracts on the spot. That’s why we stock them — our customers ask where the coffee’s from and we can actually answer.

Ask about wholesale

Tell us a bit about the café and we’ll come back within one working day — usually with an invitation to taste before anything else.

Thanks — we’ll reply within one working day. If it’s a Saturday, come and say hello at the cupping bar instead.
